I was featured in Shapeway's "Designer's Spotlight", which you can see HERE.
So, it's not really becoming famous, but it was really something else to see my interview on their website. As a (sometimes shameless) self promoter, it's nice to not have to stand on the mountain and yodel about my work like a deranged carnival barker. It gets tiring, being a one man band as I'm sure some of my peers completely understand, and after coming off of a near death experience, it's pretty awesome to have my name in "lights" or more appropriately, my name in some temporarily disturbed electrons on a computer screen. I got to discuss a little bit of my background, philosophy, and it was a deeper than usual side of me that I don't always show, preferring to be the laid back joker with the goofball haircut.
I invite you to read it when you get a spare couple of minutes, and I thank you for that time, and for allowing me to wax philosophical for a brief moment.
